If you place your order before 4pm on a working day, we will dispatch the same day for a next 'working' day delivery (most deliveries arrive between 9am and 6pm)
Is it FREE UK Delivery?
Yes, *FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders (some remote postcode areas may be subject to a small charge).
*Please note that delivery charges do apply to some areas e.g Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland. Please enter your postcode in the checkout section to see if delivery charges apply.
What about bank holidays and seasonal dates?
If you have placed an order, with a requested delivery day which falls upon a bank holiday or seasonal dates such as Christmas day, please expect delivery the next working day after. Our couriers do not deliver on bank holidays or seasonal days such as Christmas, Boxing or New Years day.
What if i live in a remote area?
In certain areas the delivery may take up to 5 working days (i.e. Scottish Highlands and certain other rural areas.). Please see approx delivery times at checkout.
Are delivery dates & times guaranteed?
Our delivery dates are not guaranteed, even though 99% of orders do get to their destinations the following day, we can not be held responsible for late deliveries due to events that are out of our control.
We use some of the largest courier networks in the world but now and again, an order can go over the specified time and we are very sorry. Luckily, this does not happen very often!
Do you deliver to European Countries?
We are very sorry but we do not ship outside of the UK at this time.
Lifetime Warranty
Enjoy complete peace of mind as Gorilla DJ offer a lifetime warranty with every flight carry case purchased. This warranty covers any part of the product which may incur a manufacturers defect* within the total time of your ownership!
Simply contact the retailer where purchased and they will offer a replacement** or free user replaceable part for your stand (proof of purchase may be required).
*Manufacturers defect meaning: A part of or a complete case that has a fault or defect due to the manufacturing process. Please note that the Gorilla Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage/faults due to excessive wear and tear or misuse however your retailer will be able to offer the parts needed but with a charge.
**Free replacements or parts will be at the retailers discretion and the item may need to be inspected or images provided before replacements/parts are given.
Please note: A postage charge will apply when parts/products are issued under warranty after 12 months of the purchase date.
