In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2014, most goods can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a refund, including standard delivery cost. Returned goods must be in their original condition and should have their original packaging.

Please request a return material authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back. An RMA number allows us to process your return quickly. The RMA number must be printed on the box of the item(s) you are returning.

Items will need to be returned with original packing, RMA number (printed on box) and accessories unless we have otherwise stated that there is an exception.

We aim to get items repaired/replaced as quick as possible, usually within 7 days subject to availability.. Actual time scales are not guaranteed but are a guide.

If an item has been returned inside of 28 days we will try to offer a replacement where possible though this does depend on stock availability and the cosmetic condition of the returned item.

Please package your item/s sufficiently

Please make sure you package your item(s) extremely well. If item(s) are damaged in transit and it has not been packaged sufficiently you will be liable for any damage caused. This could therfore void any warranty you might have.

Enjoy complete peace of mind as Gorilla DJ offer a lifetime warranty with every flight carry case purchased. This warranty covers any part of the product which may incur a manufacturers defect* within the total time of your ownership!

Simply contact the retailer where purchased and they will offer a replacement** or free user replaceable part for your stand (proof of purchase may be required).

​*Manufacturers defect meaning: A part of or a complete case that has a fault or defect due to the manufacturing process. Please note that the Gorilla Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage/faults due to excessive wear and tear or misuse however your retailer will be able to offer the parts needed but with a charge.

​**Free replacements or parts will be at the retailers discretion and the item may need to be inspected or images provided before replacements/parts are given. 

​Please note: A postage charge will apply when parts/products are issued under warranty after 12 months of the purchase date.
